What about browing to
http://ftp.de.debian.org/pub/debian/pool/main/p/postgresql/

and downloading an appropriate version of postgresql, then forcing the
install with dpkg?

(Mind you, I don't know what dependency issues this might bring up ... I
haven't tested this approach ... just a thought.)
