Does he, though? I thought we had established some time late last
year that his *symptom* (delayed startup of some applications) had
nothing at all to do with his storage devices, and everything to do
with his desktop environment.
I still think so, Greg, but apt has a dependency cow if i try to do any
housekeeping. I'd like to use xfce4 but theres a couple bargeloads of
kde5plasma the installer put in that I can't take out w/o demolishing
the system.
