Sounds as though something is rejecting posts at your mail provider.
Hence you get kicked.
You don't need to be subbed to post to the list. Of course, you won't
receive any posts from the list.
Persist with the administrative posts to the list and you'll find that
more and more people will kill file you. You may even find that people
start complaining about you to list admin. If enough people complain,
you could wind up getting banned from the list.
