Not quite, but there something similar. If you're using Gnome 2.4, there's a "New Login" item in System Tools under the Application menu item. This will create a new X11 session on a different virtual terminal, complete with (x|k|g)dm. I uses gdm as my graphical login and the instance on the second X11 session now has a new item (Quit).
