What I do in such cases is to remove the packages in question (having
before taken note of them), then finish the install and see whether
I need to re-install them (or some replacement). Of course, the -s
option comes in handy, you want to make sure the removal doesn't remove
half of your installation :-)

This things happen in sid, as they may happen when you upgrade your
suite: sometimes packages disappear.

That's what makes "stable" appealing: in some situations you just
don't want to deal with that.
