It's something that happened in the past so difficult to tell. You will keep getting the message until you run fsck to fix it. You did not say whether you had done that so I'll assume not. I would be booting into a live or rescue environment and running fsck -n first to see what it will do, before running a real fsck. Also have backups. Most likely thing is that fixes it and you have no further problems. If it keeps happening to you, however, then this will need more investigation.
