Use your browser. Enter this URL into the URL bar (hopefully, your browser still has one of those). You'll get the "404 Not Found" response. Cut some part from the right of the URL (I just cut everything including and to the right of "/tomcat-10/...", leaving: https://downloads.apache.org/tomcat This is a hit and gives an index.
