I'd expect "bookworm" in https://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/weekly-live-builds/amd64/iso-hybrid/ https://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/weekly-live-builds/i386/iso-hybrid/ but the file dates 2021-08-09 look like from before the "bullseye" release.
