I've been using disroot for some time now for personal email (work is Exchange unfortunately with 2FA which I access by using davmail). Disroot works very well for me and comes with nextcloud as well which is useful. -- Eric S Fraga with org 9.5.2 in Emacs 29.0.50 on Debian 11.2
