That sounds plausible. What I miss in the comparison is the complaint that it couldn't load the firmware, like in my case: [ 54.996555] iwlwifi 0000:03:00.0: firmware: failed to load iwl-debug-yoyo.bin (-2) But perhaps this driver is silent? I don't know. Cheers -- t
