It is possible. Choose Method: Automatic (DHCP) addresses only [Methode: Automatisch (DHCP), nur Adressen] then specify your DNS servers manually.
also: it used to be /etc/resolv.conf where nameservers are set

systemd is doing it’s own thing /etc/systemd/resolved.conf
