As i can see at https://packages.debian.org/stretch/mp3info-gtk mp3info create id3 v1 tags, but utf8 in tags appears in v2.4 > these info are in Chinese and i guess it use utf encoding > > then i copy song to smart phone, but phone can't show song's Title and > Artist Try exfalso as tags editor. -- Stanislav
