Not necessarily.
As said - I can continue the installer. And just run the Package Manager
configuration on the live system.

I have been using Gentoo for about 10 years now. And have been workig with RHEL
for about 5.

However as you can probably guess every distro is unique and different.
And people needs time to get a grip on it.

of this thread. I explained everything there.
