Assuming that you are in a graphical environment, you can
probably copy text by highlighting it (swipe with your left
button down) and paste it by middle-clicking.

If you still want a terminal with a menu bar, try

sudo apt install gnome-terminal

You can look for new packages with

apt search terminal
