See e.g. https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=886792 It seems to me packages.debian.org is unmaintained, in particular its search function has been unreliable to me and I've been using 'apt search', 'apt list' and 'rmadison' instead.
