There are some Lenovo tiny PCs on sale at good prices -- I ordered a new one for almost the same price ($2 difference) as the best price I found for the same model refurbished. Plus, I could do a little customization (you can do more -- I basically deleted the mouse and keyboard, added the toolless chassis and a (built-in / punchout) VGA port (as opposed to a VGA dongle, which is another option).
