There should be a symlink /initrd.img pointing to the real initrd image
in /boot, at least that is how I remember it. However, if it is not
there, create it:
ln -s /boot/initrd-2.4.18-1-k7.img /initrd.img
or change the entry in your lilo.conf to point to
/boot/initrd-2.4.18-k7.img instead.
