Not sure if I should report this to Chromium or to Debian, but I guess that packaging a new Chromium version could fix the problem I updated (on Debian 10) to 83.0.4103.116-1~deb10u2 and after some minutes it crashes giving this log. It's difficult to tell when it happens as it's really random, just reading a page and scrolling down, the window disappears and the process ends, it could be after 2, 5, 10 minutes... totally random:
