The tor website says to use the command
gpg --auto-key-locate nodefault,wkd --locate-keys torbrow...@torproject.org
When I do that I get an error message
gpg: keyserver option 'ca-cert-file' is obsolete; please use 'hkp-cacert' in dirmngr.conf
I have searched the net and man pages and I can't figure out how to solve this. I can't find any file on my system the contains the string 'ca-cert-file', with or without quotes!
