As others have pointed out, it's proprietary and will never be in Debian and
there are superior open-source alternatives.
If the choice is not yours though, there is a flatpak for it:
https://flathub.org/apps/details/us.zoom.Zoom. It's kept isolated from your
system and it works. I haven't used video, but no issues with audio and screen
sharing.
