-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA512 Hi
I am trying to figure out how to check if ssh is running using systemD which is of course what Debian and Raspbian use. However my search term system d check ssh server is running Yielded https://cplusprogrammer.wordpress.com/2016/10/17/how-to-check-if-ssh-is- running-on-linux/ and https://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1543474 Neither of which are to do with system D as requested but appear more to do with systemv way of checking. I think it is something like systemctl ssh status as root. But I am not 100 percent sure if the service name is 100 percent correct. Is this the right command to use please. Like I said I have tried to search for the answer before asking, is there a way to improve my search criteria ? but not quite sure on the service name, it is not running on my desktop (well openssh-server isn't) so I can't simply run this on my desktop. Thanks for any help, I am sure I am 90% of the way there.
