I bought one used Fujitsu C200 for about 170,- few years ago. It has everything one would need incl. serial port - actually two of them. Intel Core5 - 4CPU 8GB of mem (but I think it can handle up to 16) I do not think it is necessary to buy very new hardware also because drivers might be having problems for newer hardware. regards
