There is no more jessie-updates repository. Just remove that line. foo-updates is a repository that exists only while a stable release is still supported and receiving point-release updates (like 8.3, 8.4, 8.5). The foo-updates repository is a place where the updates that are GOING to be in the next point release are available before the formal point release happens. Since jessie will never receive another point-release update, there is no reason to have a jessie-updates repository. So, the repository was removed, nuked, wiped out, obliterated, you have no chance to survive make your time. This could have been communicated or handled a bit more smoothly.
