They are just my personal notes in a recent attempt at getting an overview of what is concretely available at the moment, after having followed the field for some time. Well, tools and platforms sections are loosely sort by my liking them - e.g. Janus is listed close to the top (I dislike Java and favor things seemingly easier to package and possible to run on tiny devices like a FreedomBox), and platforms making use of Janus and seemingly similarly interesting tools are listed above things like Jitsi which is well known but a huge pain to both package and (I suspect) administrate - and at bottom are uninteresting to me cloud-based services which I list only to get a feel for the competition.
