Actually, there are instrutions in the README. You are installing
from source, thus, quoting the README:
Direct from source
[...]
use the provided make.sh script du (un)install the extension
Enable the extension using gnome-tweak-tool
Press Alt + F2, and r in command to restart gnome-shell
What did you try? Where did it fail?
