I had this list, but have not recently confirmed they are working: ekiga.net ostel.co sip2sip.info (proxy.sipthor.net) sip.iptel.org sip.linphone.org sipgate.de ostel may have disappeared. I've also seen some complaints about linphone on their lists over the last year or so. For sip2sip, check out http://wiki.sip2sip.info.
