Without knowing the .Net version, you could try to use a clean 32-bit
Wineprefix and use winetricks to install .Net

I have a similar question about installing the Garmin updater. I'm
afraid I don't understand the above. What is meant
by "a clean 32-bit Wineprefix"? Is Wineprefix a file, or what? I have
wine32.32bit, if that is relevant.
