Looking briefly I saw this bug: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=842422 Two workarounds: /etc/NetworkManager/NetworkManager.conf adding [device] wifi.scan-rand-mac-address=no to /etc/NetworkManager/NetworkManager.conf or kernel parameter net.ifnames=0 at boot.
