You need to mail from the subscribed address to debian-user-requ...@lists.debian.org with the exact subject text: unsubscribe Your mail to the list lacks the usual indication of a subscribed mail address. So it might be that you receive forwarded mail from another mail address that is subscribed. If a first unsubscribe request does not work, you might need to send the next request from that mail address.
