I added: ATTRS{idvendor}=="04a9", ATTRS{idProduct}="190e", ENV{libsane_matched}="yes" in this file and, alternatively, in etc//udev/rules.d/60-libsane.rules, as mentioned in the Debian README of libusb. Nothing has canged unfortunately. I rebooted the machine before testing again. Just for remembrer, with setfacl -mgroup:scanner:rw- the scanner works as regular user. But no longer when I plug-out the scanner or reboot the computer.
