find the MAC address for the device and adjust:
/etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules to fit.
e.g.
SUBSYSTEM=="net", DRIVERS=="?*", ATTR{address}=="01:02:03:04:05:06", NAME="eth0"
