[kvm] Not be able to install the encrypted virtual OS

I want to install an image of the encrypted virtual OS to KVM.
The image disk was trying to install specified after encrypting
But I get an error when you try to install the virtual image that has 
been encrypted

Error Message

internal error: unable to execute QEMU command 'cont': 'drive-virtio-diskO'
(/va/lib/libvirt/images/XXX.qcow2) is encrypted.

Is it possible to install a  image disk that has been encrypted？
