Linux Kernel for Jessie, 3.16 LTS

Hi,

I noticed that Linux kernel 3.16.x is LTS at kernel.org.

Will Debian 8 switch to to kernel.org's LTS version or will it stay with
Ubuntu's version of that kernel?
