An Asus RT-N56U needs 30W max. A Linksys EA6900 needs 42W. Do you have any 5 year warranted APs that aren't campus-grade units? As it happens, I have APs which have outlived their warranty period... which means that I expect to have to replace them at any point, and am happy each month that goes by without a failure. -dsr-
