I still have not succeeded in solving the problem. On bootup there is a message that loading module p80221 failed because it is already installed in the kernel. After bootup I can modprobe prism2_pci and run the two wlanctl-ng wlan0 lnxreq_ifstate and _autojoin commands and they report success but ifup -a wont bring up wlan0. What should I change in my kernel configuration? Tom -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
