Hi,
I can see the BT through pavucontrol.Through blueman , BT is already
configured with A2DP.
But in playback of pavucontrol the play back device is ALSA. At
audacious->output no BT device seen :-(

Have you configured pavucontrol? Under the "Output Devices" tab you
should see the BT headphones and other audio devices in your system.
If you don't see the BT device (even if you do see it) then go to the
"Configuration" tab and make sure the BT device is in Hi fi playback
mode (A2DP) and not OFF. Now start audacious and play something. Go
to the "Playback" tab in pavucontrol and see what device audacious is
playing on. Assuming you have more than one playback device configured
just click on the button next to audacious and select the BT device
from the droop down list. Make sure the volume control is up near
100%. Go to the "Output Devices" tab and make sure the volume is up
on the BT device. Hopefully you are now listening to what audacious
is playing.
Hope this helps. I have been using BT devices for several years now
in KDE.

Hi list,
I have connected BT headset to my debian box following the wiki
https://wiki.debian.org/BluetoothUser/a2dp
blueman applet successfully connects the headset and being connected
the BT headset also announces the same.

Through blueman I have selected Audio profile as A2DP sink.
pavucontrol also shows the device. Till now all are as expected.
But audacious doesn't send music to BT head set. Have I forgot
anything to set/configure ?
Any help is much appreciated,
Bob
