I'm using an ADLINk Nanox-tx, The Bios ia an American Megatrends A1.2 The BIOS reports that EMT64 is supported. Boot settings are coorect. I took care to set the HD as first device, but with no joy.
The system succesfully boot the installation ISO from USB, so I also tried to put the HD in an USB interface adapter but again without results. I started installing the Debian AMD64 bit version. Thought that this was the problen, I did another installation with the i386 distro, but still without results. >>"I've seen HP EFI32/64 craptops that just did not run grub but whatever windows loader they could come up with." That looks to be a similar case: Windows was ok. Thanks!
