but sysfan has 4-pin. My CPU cooler has 4-pin connector (PWM).

My experience has been that the 4 pin fans work just fine with a 3 pin
header. The 4th pin is an extra mode to control the fan but most
motherboards can also use the older 3 pin method. The connector is built
to allow that to happen.
