jessie/kde: o,ly root can read usb sticks

Hello, under wheezy i had no problem mounting usb keys
with dolphin and reading their content. Under jessie
only root can do so (and the mount point dynamically
created under /media is owned by root indeed).

Can someone suggest a remedy ?
