It is considered rude to answer myself, but it turned out, that modem were at strange state and presented to system as 12d1:1001 instead 12d1:1446 [1] sending --8<---------------cut here---------------start------------->8--- AT^U2DIAG=256 ATZ --8<---------------cut here---------------end--------------->8--- to ttyUSB0 resovlved my issue KJ [1] - vendorID:productId -- http://wolnelektury.pl/wesprzyj/teraz/ Stop ahead.
