It's always helpful to post *why* you want to do something. That way,
people can estimate whether the pain is worth the pay-off and alter
their advice accordingly.

As others have said, it's not documented because it's not supported.
The main problem you're likely to run into is that squeeze's kernel
will not play with the support programs in jessie. So early on, you'll
need to reboot with a more up-to-date kernel. You may then find that
booting fails on three counts: 1) grub has changed a lot, 2) your new
jessie kernel doesn't get the support it requires from squeeze's old
package versions that are yet to be upgraded and 3) the dummy and
transitional packages that are carefully crafted to migrate
squeeze→wheezy or wheezy→jessie have failed.
