That's not a problem (as long as directory permissions are handled, which Thomas Schmitt's more-complex commandset should address). I was just warning about the possibility that if the file exists under the same path in two different ISOs, one of the two would get replaced by the other. Thomas Schmitt's post appears to contain exactly the "similar, more-complex twiddlings" I had in mind, plus some tweaks to address concerns I hadn't even known existed.
