Hi, I have strange problem with the replication from a Gentoo box cyrus imap (2.4.17) to an new Debian Jessie cyrus imap 2.4.17+caldav~beta10-18.
The syncserver is defined in cyrus.conf and looks like that: syncserver cmd="/usr/lib/cyrus/bin/sync_server" listen="csync" "csync" is registered in /etc/services csync 2005/tcp When calling via synctest from the Gentoo master you would expect something like this: * SASL LOGIN CRAM-MD5 PLAIN DIGEST-MD5 * STARTTLS * COMPRESS DEFLATE * OK replica Cyrus sync server v2.4.17 But instead, I got the the message from imapd: S: * OK [CAPABILITY IMAP4rev1 LITERAL+ ID ENABLE STARTTLS AUTH=LOGIN AUTH=PLAIN AUTH=CRAM-MD5 AUTH=DIGEST-MD5 SASL-IR] static Cyrus IMAP v2.4.17-caldav-beta10-Debian-2.4.17+caldav~beta10-18 server ready Please enter your password: journalctl gives the following message on replica: Mai 19 22:59:41 static cyrus/master[25097]: about to exec /usr/lib/cyrus/bin/sync_server Mai 19 22:59:41 replica cyrus/syncserver[25097]: executed Mai 19 22:59:41 replica cyrus/syncserver[25097]: sql auxprop plugin using mysql engine Mai 19 22:59:41 replica cyrus/syncserver[25097]: accepted connection I'm running an equal system of that with a Gentoo to a Debian Wheezy which works correctly. Anyone else ? CU Michael
