You could start here: https://wiki.debian.org/DebianUpgrade And then if you have specific questions that you can't find answers to online, ask here. If you need to upgrade, but can't for business reasons, then you have a bigger problem. You could see if there are any packages available in backports that could help you, but that's about the only suggestion I have if you need a newer graphics driver.
