i'm running testing/sid most of the time, this is an FYI in case you see similar problems...
the past few weeks/months when i do: apt-get update and then the apt-get upgrade and answer Y the responses may include lines like: E: Failed to fetch http://ftp.us.debian.org/debian/pool/main/l/lame/libmp3lame0_3.99.5+repack1-6_i386.deb 404 Not Found [IP: 64.50.236.52 80] when i use the -f option after the upgrade like: apt-get upgrade -f it will download these files and things work as expected. songbird -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-user-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
