Wild thought, but you could try a virtual machine running ReactOS (http://www.reactos.org). It is still in a pre-beta state but is both free of charge and Free (libre) software. You can just download a VirtualBox, VMWare, or QEMU image and try it out in a few minutes, or a LiveCD.
