Both the UK and mainland Europe have a lot of legacy equipment which would not take kindly to a 10V rise or fall. CE marking requires new main-powered equipment to function properly across the whole range. Most electronic gear these days is 90-250V. Japan uses a nominal 100V. -- Joe -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-user-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble?
