AFAIC from reading man page and googling that should ONLY happen if i am using
admin users = i am not, and the smb.conf man page says the default is blank, so none of the users should be accessing as root. anybody have any ideas what's going on ? more importantly, why is it so hard for me to figure out why it's doing something so incredibly broken ?
