You misquote it too. An original quote was:
"Those who do not understand Solaris SMF are condemned to reinvent it,
with systemd, poorly."
I believe the original is "Those who don't know LISP are bound to
reinvent it, poorly."
Systemd, written in LISP - now that might be interesting!
