The advantages and disadvantages of using a local network smarthost are
neither here nor there, and depend entirely on circumstances and
preference.

*If* exim4 is being used as a local smarthost, then dc_relay_nets is
*exactly* the right place to specify the IP addresses of local hosts
allowed to relay through the smarthost.

dc_relay_domains is the one he almost certainly doesn't want to touch,
as it would allow relaying from addresses other than those listed by
dc_relay_nets, and therefore potentially people outside his network.
